Hiking into the evening sun
Mountain biking above Kitzbühel
High-altitude tour from the Hahnenkamm

Incredibly fresh air, crystal-clear mountain lakes and a breathtaking panorama make you just want to jump in – to the wonderful

natural atmosphere in the Kitzbühel Alps, and maybe into a couple of mountain lakes as well!

Hiking – a wonderful time with nature.

The grass-covered mountains in the Kitzbühel Alps are rich in natural beauty. Hiking to one of our mountain lakes, such as Lake Torsee, is one of the most wonderful and refreshing experiences you’ll ever enjoy.

This four-hour hike takes you from Hechenmoos near Aurach towards Kelchalm, but then branches off towards Niederkaser and Oberkaseralm.

After you reach the “Tor”, you’ll begin to experience the “limitless” magical Alpine world and move briefly from the state of Tirol to the state of Salzburg. You’ll then arrive at Lake Torsee, where you can even go for a swim on a warm summer’s day.

Has it been a while since you’ve enjoyed a tasty Tirolean snack? Then be sure to stop at Kelchalm on the way back.

The only thing better than the hearty Tirolean snacks you can get there is the view of Kitzbühel and the Wilder Kaiser massif you can enjoy while you’re eating them.

Balanced circular routes of different lengths and degrees of difficulty invite both locals and guests to get a glimpse of Kitzbühel’s most beautiful sights “on the run”. “Kitz Running” in particular offers a total of 23 routes with a combined length of 170 kilometres and 11 different starting points – all for both jogging and (Nordic) walking.
